Different Kinds of Chemical Fertilizers
Nitrogen fertilizer
Nitrogen can be absorbed by the plant in three ways: Urea, Ammonium, and Nitrate. Different kinds of nitrogen based fertilizers are mentioned bellow:
- Ammonium nitrate: contains 33-34% nitrogen
- Ammonium Nitrate with Lime: contains 26% nitrogen
- Ammonium sulfate: contains 20-21% nitrogen and it also has about 24% sulfur
- Sodium Nitrate: contains 16% nitrogen
- Anhydrous Ammonia: contains 82% nitrogen
- Aqua Ammonia: contains 21% nitrogen

Phosphorus fertilizer
