Selling raw materials in mineral industry is the main problem that steel market is faced today. Iranian mines should have an improvement plan which tells them how much of their iron ore extraction should allocated to domestic market and how much to export. But unfortunately this plan is not prepared yet.
Many mineral industries started to produce steel and now it is difficult to find iron ore as the raw material for steelmaking because most of the iron mines prefer to export their products. This issue encouraged the authorities to impose 25% duties on iron ore exports, supporting Iranian steelmaking mills.
