According to International Monetary Fund (IMF) global economy is far from recession, although the trade war between US and China significantly influence on economy growth.

“The trade tensions are weighing on growth. But we really don’t see recession in the current baseline. I think we’re far from that,” said the IMF official.

IMF is going to be ready for new predictions next month. Moreover it announced on Thursday that the new tariffs of China and US can cut 8% of the global output in 2020. However negotiators between US and China are going to be held in Washington next week.
